I do however have a friendly criticism as well, I was asked by Fedex to fill in a footwear form required by Footwear Retailers of America where I had to fill in what material are different parts of the shoes made of. It didn't take that long and I filled it in the best I could, but according to the Fedex agent it could have been avoided if WW could have supplied the information on their end prior to shipping. It is not really a big problem though considering I got the boots at a much lower price than most N. American retailers.
