so i've been waiting since april 1st for a refund from an order that didn't even ship (last stocked item was damaged). it's been over a month. is that normal?

There's no need for state. They already ask for city and zip code, they can infer what the state is. Ordered from them once before and no problems. Waiting on my 2nd package for delivery today too!
