I think the numbered shirt size converts to 20 or 21 neck and a 37 or longer sleeve.
Suits, he could use at least one 58 ex long (tall) suit or sport coat. He put on some weight after two knee surgeries and can't fit into his current stock of suits. Needs something to get him by for now. Doesn't have to be major high end brand as long as it is good quality. Blacks or greys preferred, tans ok.
Pants, flat front dress pants, khakis or cargo pants or better brands of jeans. Waist 44, inseam 34.
Hoping maybe someone is cleaning closets or recently lost some weight and wants to purge out things that no longer fit.
