Anyone familiar with Nordstrom's house brand shoes?

I'm looking for a pair of dirty bucks and came across these

The brand is 1901, which I've never heard of, and since Nordstrom is founded in 1901, I'm going to assume that this their house brand.

Can someone comment on the shoes' quality? There appears to be stitchings but I don't think they will sell goodyear welt for $100
