Where / how can I get a copy of Windows 7 or Vista (preferably 7) without shelling out a whole bunch of cash?

If you still attend college or know someone that does, you can get extremely discounted prices for an OS or any other software.

My nephew got his Win7 Ultimate for less than $30.

This is the way to go. Can usually get the latest Office for around $10-15 too.

Yeah I don't know that they have the same deal in Canadia. Might need to get someone in the US of A to hook that up for me.

I think the student discount varies from school to school. For me, Windows 7 and Office 2010 costs about $70 each.
