exercises to last longer in bed

so im having trouble lasting as long in bed as i want to. i am hung like a horse and have incredible stamina, imagine 1000 ethiopian marathon runners combined into one massively hung b34st. that is me. the problem is i cum usually after 5-10 seconds of intercourse.

what should i do to solve this problem? diet? excersize? eat imported dried ginger from a small village in mongrolia?

describe plz. does that involve playing wtih myself? i prefer anything that allows me to touch myself until the white stuff comes out

it's more of just playing. so buy some GI joes and barbies, make a fort or purchase a large dollhouse and make a playdate with yourself. use your imagination and create expansive universes recreate some old episodes of JEM, HE MAN, or care bears.

i enjoy cumming but i want to last 45 minutes to an hour a session. 2 session a day, 3 day a week.

First diagnose the issue. Is it penile oversensitivity? Is it an overtrained PC muscle? An undertrained PC muscle? A spastic PC muscle? Nervousness? Other psychological factors?

Trying to treat your P.E. will be taking shots in the dark until you figure out what's causing it.
