Go by the STP size guide which is take your standard US size and subtract a 1/2 size so US10 = UK9.5.

Can anyone who bought the brogue derbys comment on how they like them? Saw some comments about terrible fit, but tempted to order a pair. Are the sized similarly to the boots?

love mine ... wore them twice so far. i only have alden cordovan shoes, so this is a nice alternative to mix it up. looks great with jawns

as for sizing, i went with barrie/trubalance size so halfstep down from my true brannock size

for fit, i dont have any issues with it

FYI these particular ones run small.
My Bourtons are 9.5 UK... I'm a 10.5 US and they're still a little big.

The shoes fit exactly like the Not Stow boots they had.

After having worn the boots, I have to say they've loosened up more than just about any pair of footwear I've had. When I first got them I thought they were borderline too small but they're comfortable now. Still need to wear thin socks and not as roomy as the Stow, but they work for me.

I know the sizing has been compared to death between these and American shoes, but how about with other english shoes? The 11 UK fit me well in these, the only other english shoe I own is a pair of barker lincoln dress shoes in 10.5 UK. Are others taking their normal english size or sizing up?

Just got coffee in 10.5UK, from what I've read it seems they'll fit. Also they only had 10.5 in coffee which looked to be the best color.

As a 10.5 E, I couldn't get either the UK 9.5 or 10 to work in the brogue shoe or boot. Just too big or too small. I probably would have been OK with the UK 10 boot, but at least with the pair I had, the area at the bottom of the tongue pinched my foot. Odd, considering it was extra-roomy in the toes.

The Henley oxford, on the other hand, worked fine in a UK 10. Nice shoe, it's a keeper for me. I suspect D widths may find it wide though.

They were tight there for me too. I was going to return but put trees in them overnight. That really loosened them up there and got rid of the tight spot.

Thanks again, RKD! Much appreciated.

How did these work out for you?

Did anyone who ordered these find them to be a half size to big? IE a 9 is 10. I have read that once you break them in, they fit much better is this true?
