Got Ripped Off By T Shirt Manufacturer

I bought a couple of t shirts from a t shirt store online and when they arrived, they were obviously defective. The company told me to take photos and send them via email to confirm that they were defective. They lied to me, however, saying they would take care of return shipping costs. They didn't bother. They didn't give me a full refund on the t shirts either, much less reimburse for return shipping.

Do you think it's worth taking some action, whether it's with my bank or the better business bureau with this company? The amount of money involved is not great (about $10), but I feel like any company that lies to it's customers is basically pond scum, so I might follow through one way or the other, even though the money involved is pretty minimal.

Just do a chargeback with your credit card company, you seem to have enough reason to get a full refund without question.

Yeah, that's my next step. My question is: would you actually consider doing business with them again?

I know I shouldn't, as they've already ripped me off, but I like their t shirt designs so much I would like to.
