On my Bedale SL, it's under the white tag.

I bought a Beaufort jacket the other day. A label in the left bellow pocket confirms that it is "Made in England".

Regarding country of origin for the new jackets, I've seen Ashby's with all different countries listed:

1. Vietnam
2. England
3. Not listed

I was told several years ago that the only UK made jackets are Beaufort, Bedale and Border. And have seen a few internationals. Everything else is Bulgaria, and some Vietnam.

Hello, I measure 175 cm and weigh 75 kg, and I would like to buy Barbour Ashby and Barbour Digby jackets. What size I should choose for Ashby jacket and what size for Digby jacket?

Not sure about the Digby but you are pretty close to my size and the small Ashby fits me fine.

What does it mean exactly? Can you wear a blazer under your jacket? The sleeves, aren't too chort (especially when you lift the hands)? Thank you!

I don't own an Ashby and when I tried it on I wasn't wearing a blazer. Sorry.

Hello Guys,

I would like to buy the Bedale SL jacket. I'm 190cm, 91kg and athletic.
What size should I go for M or L?

Thanks in advance!

ˆYour easiest bet would be to measure your best-fitting outerwear jacket and compare those to the ones listed by some online seller.

Thanks VRaivio, I've tried that already. They suggest size S - that seems a little odd.

I am 183cm and 89 kg with a pretty athletic built myself and I wear a size L and I can't wear a jacket underneath, just sweaters. I think your size would be a large without a doubt.
