The end of STP coupon discount?

Having said that, and now that you say you know generally a lot of the cuts... what would you say is the appropiate size for me in a  Lutz jacket if I have a Large size in the International Collection? A Medium size would be right? Generally the International line is slimmer than the rest, right?

I am waiting for my new Lutz to arrive and I am having doubts with the size... seeing the size charts in some online stores, I would be a Medium... but I am unsure...

Not familiar with the Lutz.  From what I'm seeing though it's sized with 38, 40, etc and not medium, large, etc.

I had no idea STP had so much Barbour. I picked up the International waxed cotton trousers (for only $160), which should go very well with my black Mister Freedom Mulholland Master.

I recently bought my first Barbour, an Upperford jacket in navy. I picked it up for heavy discount at Club Monaco in September.

Could anyone tell me more about this model? It seems pretty similar to a beadle.

Also which fabric are the typical Barbour jacket sleeve linings made of? The area around my bicep joint gets a bit moist after extended wear of my barbour over a suit jacket. Wondering if this is typical.

Thanks.

All the stores I was checking it out of had S,M,L, XL, sizes... maybe is depending on the country of origin. Same thing happened with the Bedale SL, some had them last year with S,M,L,XL sizing and others with 38, 40, 42...

Hopefully it will be here in a couple of days and I will know for sure.

Well based on what I've seen online, it does look pretty similar to a Bedale, but with the addition of two flap pockets at the chest. Similar length and cut.

As for your other question, of my five Barbour jackets, four of them have sleeves lined with nylon and only one has sleeves lined with the same cotton that lines the bodies of the jackets. The only one with the cloth-lined sleeves is my Bedale, which is also the only jacket I have from the original made in England Barbour "staples", if you will. The other four are all seasonal styles.

Finally I got a chance to snap a few bad quality pictures of my new Barbour jackets... I am truly in love with both...

Barbour Lutz (olive):

Barbour Ariel (green):

I am going to use both so much this winter... I am sure.

Next will be a Barbour Duke but I have to really think of the color... I have five Barbour jackets in different shades of green... only one in navy... maybe it is time for rustic.. but I don't know yet...

Looks like STP is getting more stingy with coupons.  I searched high and low.  25% with free shipping is about the best I can find this week.  I wonder if 30-35% with free shipping is going to be a thing of the past.

Barbour Ashby. Sized down from a large (which I bought initially) to this medium. Will mostly wear without sweaters, but took a picture with a sweater just to gauge tightness. I think it looks fine even with a sweater...

I feel so countrified.

Not sure if this is old news but there's a bunch of Barbour stuff on sale at Royal Male, including the Beacon (Commander):

Finally got some decent light, so took a break from raking to take some terrible selfies. As promised, these are the Barbours I got from STP recently:

In case anyone is interested, I'm selling a NWT Barbour Kempt jacket in a great green color in size small:

Just got a Barbour Hemming plaid wax jacket.
Fit is similar to a Bedale SL only with a quilted liner under it, so there's not as much room.
Plaid is cool if you're into that sort of thing.
