I would call ahead. The Orvis here in Atlanta did not have any in stock. A few places online have them on a decent discount 20-25%. Still not sure if I have the money to grab one right now and if I should go large or xl.

Ah, thanks TV, that explains it, no such luck up here in the great white north, not even the flagship on Bloor in Toronto has ashbys.

Did barbour make a womens version of the Bedale... I found one on Ebay in a 36 but it is listened as a womens, the seller said something about where the zipper is placed? I thought these jackets were unisexed!

Bedale is unisexed jacket. Especially for women there is Beadnell Jacket (the same as Bedale, I think) http://www.countryattire.com/barbour-ladies-beadnell-jacket-navy-lwx0051ny91-l3418ny.html

Just a quick question on care for an International A7-

I know it's "sponge only" officially, and that's all fine and dandy for the outer shell. How do you clean the interior lining? I've had the jacket for almost two years, have sponged it down, have rewaxed it by hand, but I've never really considered cleaning the interior.

How best do others manage?

I just sponge down Barbour linings - they never seem to get too bad anyway.

Went to try on the Heritage Liddesdale today. The XS was a bit tight on me, but the sleeves were too long! They didn't have a size S in store for me to try, but I'm thinking of buying it online and then having the the sleeves shortened. Anyone ever tried this?
