Shoulders on the L look alright, everything else looks too big and too long.

This is exactly why I didn't buy one. If it fit in the shoulder the body and arms were far to big and if it fit in the body I felt like I was bursting out of the shoulders.

Very oddly put together jacket. Or maybe I'm oddly put together. Either way, some jackets just don't fit some people.

Well, I think I'll just have to bit the bullet on this one and return it. They did offer to send me the olive in medium, but I don't know if I like the color as much. I've got close to olive complexion, so I'm not sure it'll look good on me. Will see what they say I can do about it. On the plus side Customer Service seems really responsive, so there's that.

Nakedsnake, lemme know if you're still interested.

In the long run, returning it is a good idea.

Coolest Bond ever?

I'd love a small commander in olive green.

At $500 it's just a big ask!

You reckon that's the cheapest you'll ever see one retail for?

That's about as cheap as I've seen.

I was in a barbour full retail store and mentioned the end clothing deal on the commander and the best they could do to match it was 20 percent off the 700 something

Hey all, I've seen a few posts tossed around about buying children's Barbours as an alternative to smaller sized men's jackets. However, I'm having a hard time getting a good read on the sizing. Has anyone tried this? I'm looking for measurements (in inches) of the boys' Beaufort in XL and/or XXL. Thanks!
