I'm 6'2, 225 and want to get down to 200 by my birthday. Essentially amounts to losing 6-8 pounds per month. I feel like this is going to be a struggle over the winter months. Anything I can cut out or add to my diet to assist my goal? I have basically eliminated fast food altogether at this point. I drink a fair amount of coffee. Does this have any affect on a weight loss plan? I am going to try and start exercising 6 times a week to elevate my heart rate for a period of 30-45 minutes. Any meal suggestions?
