30 lbs in five months is nothing, even without exercise. You should be able to knock that out by changing your diet alone. Drink water and lite beer only. Don't eat within 4 hours of bed time, sleep at least 6 hours a night, create a calorie deficit, and eat less than 20 carbs a day. You should be at your goal in no time. Judging from your pic, most of what you're carrying around is water weight. You look pretty bloated. Heavy drinking on an empty stomach will cause you to piss out most of that.
