Solid Navy(Doesn't have to be Navy, dark blue is ok)
38R or 40R with
18" ~ 18.5" Shoulder
20.5~21" Chest
24.5" ~ 25" Sleeve
Regular length.

Double-Vented
Med-Big notch lapel
Flat Front pant(for suit)
Flap pocket(no patch)
two button, or 3 roll 2 is great.
