Good fashion site that caters to a bit more masculine crowd? - Page 2

A lot of the regular posters on this site are the trolls. Usually, you expect it to be new accounts, but not on this site! Never take it personally if they start snarking - they're just keeping it real. You should go ahead and lurk some more. And invest in a bespoke, light grey suit while you're at it.

with your build, check out bonobos.com its geared to fit people with your build...not slim fit, but flattering cuts like they know you aren't "skinny"

Try www.filmnoirbuff.com. They should be right up your alley.

Just kidding. Don't go there. Hang around MC and Streetwear, finding looks that you like and ignoring others. There's more variety here than might first catch your attention. Welcome to the board!

You may think it's a bit outrageous now, but wait a month or two, and you'll be all over B&S like Gary Glitter in a nursery.

I say stick around here at least until you learn the basics about fit, proportion, color, etc. Specific styles may not suit you but some "rules" are universal and a good foundation towards realizing and then developing your personal style. There is a lot of snark here, yes but its not leaning towards perniciousness...its all in good fun! If you can sift through that, laugh at it in the process, you'll find much to learn

+1 to hanging around and taking some time to learn about the variety. Also, from your description, it sounds like you spent a fair amount of time in SW&D. I'd suggest checking out MC, as it sounds like it would be more your style.

Also, complimenting your wife has become cliché in this thread, so I'll compliment you on being a Braves fan instead.
