Lincoln Mayne

I saw and tried a fantastic hoodie at Odin last week. It was really pricey though and couldn't get myself to fork out $195+tax for it. I thought I'd search here and learn more about the brand. But it does not seem like Lincoln Mayne was ever discussed here... Does anyone have any views on his designs, construction/quality? Is it (anywhere near) worth the price?

Odin always has loads of good stuff. Lincoln Mayne is another of the new breed of Australian designers (is Australia the new Sweden?) that has been getting a lot of press. I personally prefer Rittenhouse, who does a terrific hoodie cardigan in a muted red with asymmetric pockets.

By the way, keep your eyes out for the Denim Bar website, which should be out soon. As well as the enormous offerings of denim (between BIG and Denimbar, there was got to be something for you) Mauro has promised some cool hoodies by Julian Red. I've never seen them, and am sort of excited to...

I'll check out Rittenhouse (if I can find it). Lincoln Mayne is apparently based in NYC now. His clothes come with a label that says something like "Made in New York by a a Newyorker"
