Are we reading the same FAQ? It only mentions reductions in breast size (which are allowed), not implants.

The catch-all phrase signifies they won't shoot you if you have had obvious cosmetic work. You don't think their photographers and audience, who spend day and night looking at boobs, can tell if the magazine starts featuring fakes? Perfect 10 is also notable for not touching up their photos too much.

If you see enough of them, yes. I can tell within about 90% accuracy after years of training .
