I have suffered throughout my life from moderate to severe depression. Suicidal thoughts and everything. During the course of my twenties, it was getting steadily worse -- to the point of some very crippling episodes every month or so. I did about 4 months of Welbutrin toward the tail end of last year, and it worked some magic on me. Have stopped taking the pills and seem more or less fine now. I am not an incredibly happy person or anything, but I don't sink nearly as low as I did pre-Welbutrin. I am on a more even keel in general. Also helps that I have eliminated cocaine from my diet.

Still doing it and works out quite fine. Anxiety, depressive symptoms and ideation have minimized incredibly. If anything I just feel occasional symptom(s) of anxiety. In addition, I should note that my blood pressure has begun to normalize-- it usually read quite high. I should mention that this dosage of supplements is based on Dr Abram Hoffer's work. I have no doubt that some might consider his work as quackery, but I had nothing to lose whatsoever. I should also mention that I've coupled this with TLC (Therapeutic lifestyle change)-- for those who don't know its basically what we already know-- keeping busy, exercise, socialization, etc. Please feel free to ask any questions.


Correction to note above: The supplements Abram Hoffer's suggested are the one's I listed minus SJW.
