Scam Warning!

UPDATE: Received refund, and item was re-shipped and arrived within a few days. Basically I bought a CDG Polo off of ryej here: http://www.styleforum.net/member.php?u=87186 And to be honest I've bought from people where it took 2 or 3 weeks for it to come, so I didn't really think too much of it when nothing arrived. I kept messaging him but he did not respond, and obv being a nice/trusting guy I have now become a chump, and the 45 day limit on filing paypal claims is over. Kind of your fault you didn't file a dispute. Also asking a lot to ban someone where in your post you have little to no proof of your transaction.

Sorry, maybe it's going too far for asking that. Also, I never once stated anything asking for anyone's help or whatnot for the dispute, all I wanted to do was raise awareness that this person MAY or MAY NOT be scamming (since I am trying to get it worked out as of right now). Will update with results of trying to get this worked out later. UPDATE: Refund was given. Is reshipping the item, and will confirm when I receive it.

you should definately write ryej a positive post in the feedback thread.. just because people could remember his username being associated with a supposed scam without remembering the outcome. glad it worked out for you, OP.
