5'8", 30 inch inseam for dress pants, 33 inch inseam for my jawnz.

really depends on your length of your leg not your total height (although it is a somewhat a gauge too).
im 5'11 or 6' with shoes on and i usually wear a 31.5-32 inseam on most cotton or dress pants.
on jeans though,
32 inseam for boot cut
33 or more for any skinny/straight type jeans

I'm 6'2" and usually wear 32". That's no break, or even shorter than no-break if I'm wearing my pants on the high side. I like the look of slightly short pants with boots, and I'm wearing boots 80% of the time anyway. I also have a couple pairs with 33"-35" inseams, which break a little bit.

this should be more of a poll on what sort of breaks people have on their pants. Full, half or no-break. Personally I go for no break, but you gotta rock your shit with confidence to pull it off.

Yeah, it's the length of the leg measured from the crotch seam.

I'm 5'10" and wear a 31" inseam in dress pants and a 32" inseam in jeans.
