Robert Geller Fall / Winter 2008 Himalaya jacket in Black, size 46, on eBay

Alternative Apparel jaspe grey v-neck tees, size small, 3 for $30 together and shipped in the ConUS
Best for a normal extra-small/34. Retail for $36 each. Bought last year, worn and washed a handful of times; they're clean and in good condition though. Fabric is very soft and stretchable. PM for international shipping rates.
Shoulder to shoulder: 15"
Pit to pit: 18"
Sleeve length: 6"
Body length: 25.5"

Unis Gio pant in Marine, size 29, SOLD
Color is accurate in the last two photos. According to Adrian from the shop they should stretch, in his own words: "If they're not too tight, just know that they do stretch a fair amount (mine go from discomfort to perfectly fine after a couple of days of wear)".
Waist: 15"
Front rise: 11"
Back rise: 12.7"
Upper thigh: 10.6"
Knee: 7.7"
Leg opening: 7.2"
Inseam: 32.5"

Responded to your question in the original post, I'm guessing there's about .3"-.5" inches of give inherent in the fabric already since I'm typically a size 30 and can wear these. The fabric is substantial but soft and breathable cotton, so I assume it could stretch as much as denim but as Adrian said, it would be uncomfortable for a couple of days.

+ obligatory 5% price drop.
