WTB: Kiton, Brioni suit in 38 short

First, I'm a newbie to this forum -- already learning a lot. Though I wear a suit almost every day, I'd like to have one "prime time" suit for special occasions, which I intend to keep for years. Been focusing on Kiton, Brioni and Isaia, but I'm a 38 short, which seems to be a tough size. My specific measurements are:

Jacket -
Chest = 38"
Shoulder = 19"
Sleeve = 22"
Waist = 34-35"
Length = 28.5"

Trouser -
Waist - 33-34"
Inseam = 28"
Rise = 9-10"

Also, I'm always on the lookout for decent-quality conservative dress shirts in 15.5/32", modern fit, white or blue. Button cuffs preferred, but French cuffs OK.
