Is it ill-advised to date a neighbor?

How can I get past the simple hellos that we give each other, and turn it into going to lunch or whatever?

I have a pretty attractive neighbor. If she caome over one night with a short skirt and a glass of wine, I'd do it. But I'll never go out of my way for a liason with her. Just doesn't make any sense.

over six billion people, at least 1 billion of them are probably something you'd be able to hook up with. why set yourself up for trouble?

Is really not a good idea to enslave yourself.......why is so important to hook up with this chick? After banging her, she can be a " play misty for me" as in Clint eastwood movie, I dont think u wonna go that route...I see problem

I dated my neighbor down the hall in my condo complex. We are now engaged.

I initially asked her out (via Facebook) under the guise of furniture shopping.

True story.

why would nothing positive come out of it or be ill-advised ?

heck, go for it. maybe whatever happens is worth the risk of seeing anything negative down the road. at least you got a story to tell. better than, 'i didnt do shit'.
