Just in time for upcoming Spring and Summer seasons! I have a wonderful "Pura Seta" Canali suit that I purchased for an upcoming spring wedding that I unfortunately can no longer attend. It has a wonderful sheen that hopefully can be seen in the pictures. Super smooth and soft hand. I had to have it so I paid the original markdown price - my misfortune is now your gain! Price includes shipping to the 48 States. Shipping anywhere else will come at your additional expense. Payment to be completed through Paypal. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to ask! Thank you. The information: Canali 42R Drop 8 (EU 52R Drop 8) 100% Pure Silk Colour: Greyish Brown (more grey than brown) Jacket **It has been indicated that the P2P measurement is indicative of a 40, but remember to check measurments and compare!** Single Vent, 2-button, Finished Sleeves with non-functional buttons Shoulders: 18.75" (light padding) Sleeves: 25" BOC: 32" P2P: 21" Pants Flat Front, Lined to the knee, Unfinished (couldn't decide if I wanted cuffs or no cuffs) Hem: 36" Front Rise: 10.25" Back Rise: 17" Waist: 34.5" Leg Widths: @ 32": 8.5" @ 16": ~9.75" Thigh : 11" Note: I have soccer legs and the pants fit snug Original Price: $1,895. However, while it was on hold, another person contacted me with interest and I went back to try and get another one and got lucky. Now I have 2 (Both available now) of these suits thinking that someone a lot smaller than me would be in the market for a great quality, entry level, fully canvassed and modern cut Italian suit, and to help them get it at a great price. Are you sure you measured the chest properly? That sounds more like a 40 than a 42.

It's fairly slim through the chest. I don't have the ability to check at the moment, but will double check tomorrow. Thanks.

I added a 36R Drop 8 Grey Glen Plaid Check suit as well.

Price Drop as of 1/28! Some people have to be interested in the sexy "bad ass" sillk suit!! In addition, the sale on the 36R Prince of Wales/Glen Plaid Check suit didn't go through so it is back up.

Is the 36R the super slim line? and how much do you think a tailor and take up the length of the jacket before it hits the pocket?

Drops on all suits. In case anyone wanted to know the answer to ranker's questions, 5" is the length between the bottom of the jacket and the bottom of the pocket. In regards to the "slim line", this is what I found: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=8171. It states that the 14000 series, which this suit falls under, is the slimmer fitting line.

Final drops on the two 36R suits. Remember that you can make an offer. These are awesome suits with a wonderful texture. Canali may not be a top suit maker, but they do offer wonderfully made suits at a great price. These are brand spanking new, fully canvassed, modern/slim fitting suits. Thanks for looking! In adherence to the rules, I am not posting a reply but would like to take this opportunity to thank __PG__ for his input. I know the pants seem a bit tight, but there is a lot of material for alterations to be done on these OTR suits.

Beautiful suits!

Unfortunately I'll never fit into those pants...

I have two Canali suits and they give you plenty of material in the waist (about two inches) and about an inch along the entire the inseam to let it out around the leg. I'm a cyclist/skier/martial artist with corresponding thighs/glutes to match and there is no way I could fit into a flat-fronted Canali trouser off the rack..but after a visit to the tailor they are fit me beautifully.
