I usually tip 3-4 bucks. I don't do any percentage because realistically, unless you are ordering some gigantic mammoth carryout order, the driver doesn't have any sort of scaling workload based on the total price of your meal.

$10.67, tipped 2.50 because he laughed at my attempt to speak Mandarin. Even though he was from outside Harbin.

I always tip generously, regardless of if it's a restaurant or delivery. Usually 15-20% on delivery and 25-30% at a restaurant (provided the service was good obviously), but I'm lazy so I'll round up to the next dollar.
