Help me remember this music video from the late 90s

I saw this on either Much Music or MTV when I was in high school, so that was 1997-2002. All I remember is it was animated, or at least the first part of it was, and it started out with these two space marine types jet-packing through a space station or something like that. I think the dudes were black, and I think it was a hip-hop video. It was not one of the Deltron 3030 videos. The animation seemed anime influenced, kinda reminiscent of what Todd McFarlane did for Pearl Jam's Do the Evolution. HALP

You are correct sir, go take a bow.

As for the link, I added it using my iPad so apologies if it didn't read it correctly.

Interstella 5555 (\tIntasutera Fo Faibu LOLZ) with music by Daft Punk perhaps?

Most likely the opening number "One More Time"

That one dude on the keyboard is def portrayed as black.

*edit* yup!

Just re-read the OP, I'm probably incorrect...

I enjoyed it as well, but I'm a Daft Punk fan too.

Nah not Daft Punk. It had a definite cyberpunk feel to it, sort of reminded me of Ghost in the Shell. I don't know why this is so preposterously hard to find, I'm starting to wonder if I dreamed it.

This is probably not it, but you reminded me of Ken Ishii's "Extra":

Nope, but there is a very good chance I saw it on Much Music and it's a Canadian rapper that I've never heard of other than Infinite.
