I wear size 34 in Levis 501, and anything from 34 to 36 in other brands. By the measurements on the Outlier site it seems I could go with either size 34 or 35 for the Slim Dungarees. I'm leaning towards 34 as I prefer a bit tighter than looser, especially given what I've read about the nature of the fabric. I'm worried about the zipper looking funny if it's a bit too tight though. So could I get some feedback on if 34 would be the advisable size? I'm not in the U.S. otherwise I would just get both and return one. Thanks!

Well I have two pairs of 34's coming my way so I will let you know. BTW, I'm a 32 in 501's and wear a 33 in the OG.

You'll be fine with the 34. I wear a 33/34 and the 34 slim dungs are a little loose in the waist and not nearly as slim through the legs as I expected.

Please do let me know what your experience is when comparing the fit of 501's to Slim Dungarees. Thanks!

You mean you wear a 33x34 in 501? I also usually go with a 34" inseam on jeans. You don't find the 32.5" inseam on the Slim Dungarees to be a bit short?

Are you quite tall or you prefer to fold and stack your jeans?

I'm quite tall. Around 192cm or 6'4". Fortunately my legs are a bit short for my height, 32.5" seems to work for dress pants, but 32" have always felt too short for jeans...I don't have a problem with rehemming if there is the extra material for that and the fabric allows it without being too obvious. Can anyone comment on how much extra material there is for rehemming? Or if they for example heavily iron the crease for a permanent line making it inadvisable to rehem downwards?

Any thoughts about the Doublefine Merino Cardigan? I'm looking at the Evergreen color, but I'd love to hear of any experience/opinions.

I meant a 33 or 34 in waist, but generally a 34" inseam as well. The low rise and taper on the slim dungs makes the 32.5" inseam work just fine for me. They don't stack, but I don't want them to. For reference, I'm 6'4" as well.

If all else fails, just buy them and send them back for free if they don't work.
