I returned something to Outlier May 25th (arrived like a day later), I've been emailing them a few times with zero response over the last week. Pretty ****** customer service, I've never had this problem with another retailer - if I don't hear back this week I'm going to have to do a chargeback.

They got back to me within an hour when I had to do an exchange. Did you use the email form on their website?

I've never had anything besides extremely positive experiences with outlier's customer service. They got back to me immediately and they shipped out any exchanges as soon as they received the return package. Are you sure you have the right email?

Contact them again. Outlier has one of the best customer service online.

I've returned stuff back to Outlier 3 times now and each time has been cake. I used the form and printed out the label. Shortly after, someone from Outlier contacted me and basically gave me the OK.

Their customer service is general is really good. A month or so back, I had asked when they would restock Slim Dungs. They told me in 4-6 weeks at first, but emailed me back an hour or so after and said they found a pair of the pants that I wanted (and in the size I wanted too!).

Just got Outlier x Feits in today!!! Will be posting my review/opinions of them in a couple weeks, since there is none that I could find online.

I like mine. They are a bit stiff at first, but break in nicely.

Do the Nyco Slims break in pretty well?

Just got my pair yesterday and the fabric is a tad stiff for my liking.

In Abe's AMA on reddit someone commented on the shoes:

Hi there,

I love your products, but have been terribly dissapointed with the Outlier-Feit. They have parts coming off and I generally have stopped wearing them. Although I like the look of the shoe, I felt the hassle (I live in Canada now, moved back from Boston) was too much to return. The only answer I got from the customer service team was that I should just send them back pay for shipping and see what could be done. They didn't want to even look at them and tell me whether or not I'd be wasting my money. They are as I said nice looking shoes, but this would make me never buy anything from here again with how little help I received and how the shoes started falling apart after a couple of wears.

Abe's reply:

Not sure exactly what was said in those conversations but by all means send them back! Unfotunately we can't pay for international shipping but if they really are falling apart after a couple wears we'll certainly refund you.

Only other thing I can say about that product is that we aren't doing them again, precisely because we couldn't get enough control over the production.

Abe's reply:
I wonder what could be falling apart on them? They seem solidly built, I wonder if it was one of the older models when they first released them.

I even emailed feit to see if they would resole them for future reference and they said yes, with a reply time of 1 day. Customer service seems great from both companies so I am not worried. If they are not making them again looks like the people who own them got a really rare product, "****, makes me not want to wear them".
