I saved up some money by eating just roman noodles for 6 months and sent for some leather samples in order to order a nice pair of Whites Smoke Jumpers. This of course was after carefully figuring where they would fit in with my other 2 pairs of shoes in rotation. I did ruin one pair (see below) but must wear them until I save u some more.
Here are couple of SC color leather samples, from a Whites' retailer, for custom ordering a pair of boots.
The samples are placed on top of (yup you guys were right) wrinkled up (from using Huberds shoe grease) leather loafers. Cherry and Burgundy color samples.
I thought the loafers were perfectly smooth until I messed them up.
You think heating them up and drying them real good will flatten out the leather?
