The way to handle these "little things" AND DISSATISFACTION is to contact the vendor to get their response/solution then let people know. NOT OUT OF THE BOX BITCHING ON THE INTERNET.
These were ordered by a vendor, for this gentleman, from Whites and his recourse is with the vendor NOT WHITES. But, Whites will take care of it anyway.
His emphasis should be on the vendor that did not meet his expectations (for failing to inspect/APPROVE THEM prior to shipping to him) AFTER contacting them for their resolution.
Not bitch posting about the wrong entity, that gets nothing done.
