I cant imagine it being that much faster than getting all your nutrients correct with normal clean eating. Except you'd still get solid food then too.

Oh forgive me if it came out sounding like a spam but in all honesty i don't work for the company (i'm not even a member of the forum) but i read a lot of good posts on the site. I have been a member here for a quite a while, my other alias is Senai but i don't post much since school is got much of my time these days. I have been around many many "bodybuilding" sites but i have yet to find one that comes close to T-Mag interms of strength training information, what this site is to Style - T-mag is to strength trianing. That been said. I don't think it's a wise idea to buy all the supps from the site, you can find similar sites selling micellar whey (generally more slow breaking protein) at a much cheaper rate and you can buy the BCAA in bulk aswel. I have used a protein product called Matrix 5.0 and a BCAA product calledXtend ; both of whice are good alternatives to the ones presented on the site.
the diet is a short term efficent method of cutting out fat or simply breaking a platue. The diet however will not instill good eating or life style habits, which is why i haven't yet used it and you are correct SMW in the sense of eating healthy been more effective in the long run (although, it is not as fast): is the trade off worth it? thats a question for you to answer.

Actually I've done this diet and it works. Ridiculously well, if you have the willpower.

Did you use any greens product along with the shakes? (something like Greens+)? I'm asking because if one was to do such a diet i would think a Greens product might be essential in maintaining a good nuitrient profile.
