I like to have pics in these threads; pics are not the best (thanks imgur!).

Nice textures to the coats. There is a lot I like here, but I could never wear that orange. The extreme contrast of very dark and very bright looks fresh. I usually try to get that with accessories, like a scarf though.

I want to see more.

All the silk facings and fur lapels at Zegna were incredible, real talk.

The textures for the Jil pieces look neat, but a lot of those colors are straight up Goodwill sweater/ski jacket colors. I'm glad Raf is branching out a little though.

Yeah, I appreciate that Raf is trying to branch out into a more colorful world via the recent Jil collections. However, the colors themselves were way more appealing in the S/S 2011 stuff than in these most recent ones. (BTW, full Jil show is up on GQ at this point.)

^+1 to that, and the previous comments about Jil. I didn't find much of the Burberry collection very attractive, but that coat caught my attention, and I'd kop the **** out of it if I wasn't slowing my spending down.

EDIT: realised that I should explain what previous comments on Jil I agreed with. While I wasn't feeling the suit silhouettes (possibly just the images), I loved the use of colour, the proportions on other pieces were nice, and the fabrics were great.

Most of my comments are on thefashionspot. Many views of every collection will flip in a couple months but so far I dislike Dolce & Gabanna as expected.

Just looking through the prorsum show, coat overload. loved the toggle coats

Also quite alot of day-glow in the prorsum maybe an overarching trend for FW11?? And the Rorschach looking fur was pretty cool

and I loved the fur collars on some of the coats in the collection EDIT: Just looked through the Dolce&Gabbana collection it looks kinda cool, seems to be entirely red and greyscale, the velvet suits were pretty cool. I also liked some of the mixing of the traditional suit proportions but a lot of it was kinda hideous
