CK show was awesome! Loved it. Here are some photos from backstage, I didn't get too many of the actual walking because the first model was nervous and went really fast, so the rest of them had to as well so it didn't look fucked up. Kind of a bummer, but I got to see most of the clothes backstage. The fabrics were incredible. Douchey Zac Efron and some Jonas brother were there as well. All Access Warning: Spoiler! Proportions are insane, really interesting collection.

Nice pics, bows.

I had an awesome fashun nurd moment last night. I was hanging out with a buddy of mine who has always expressed an interest in clothing/aesthetics, but who mostly wears marc/marcxmarc/diesel and hasn't seen much else. I showed him some of the f/w 11 shows (notably ann d, rick, and missoni) and he loved it. It was great to watch; his eyes were popping out of his head and he was grinning and saying shit like, "Man! look at that! It's crazy! People wear this!?" Now he's craving ann d gloves and damir trousers; it was pretty fun.

Geller may be boring, but I always buy one or two pieces without fail from his winter collections

it looks like the siki im pieces are pretty cool but the styling is . what is the point of having those hats? i imagine the pieces to stand alone as really minimalistic pieces of clothing with interesting cuts/details, i've had a few pieces pass through my hands in the past and have really enjoyed them.

kimmel aw11/12. i dont usually like it much--but i am loving the vibe i am getting from these looks. i feel there is a strong connection between the personality of the models and the styling of their clothes, it really fits. very much liking the textures and darker color palette as well.

A lot of the times I think models just look weird in the clothes they're modeling. Junya's models didn't really click with the pieces (even though the pieces were amazing), and I think it could have benefited a lot more from choosing some older models...

Everything about Yohji was absolutely fantastic though, and I definitely agree with you on the Kimmel.

Just got back from the Rad Hourani show. Too bad I didn't get all access and the free swag like at the CK show well. Anyways It was pretty damn awesome, a lot of very wearable avant outwear. The pants game was lacking, just tights and heels for men which is a little ehh to me. But the tops were amazing. The show was unisex so it had both men and women walking. Unfortunately my cell phone doesn't do very well with moving objects so the pictures are a little lacking. But wanted to post some anyway to give you all an idea of the space and what the show was like. Also everyone should check out the pics on style.com once they get uploaded. edit - video is up already http://www.radhourani.com/ The Space / View from my seat Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
One of the models with an awesome unisex jacket with huge lapels. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

can't stand by Hourani, he seems way too focused on androgyny and it only takes away from the clothes in my opinion.

actually I was wrong that was Rad not Rad by Rad.
