even if you call this geller collection boring and safe, to me it's a vast improvement over his recent collections. i'm enjoying the color palette for sure--it's muted, sure, but it's not lacking in colors at all.. i loved that tagutcow look. real tagutcow should take note

^ True, color palette is good. I like individual pieces from Geller, but the styling always seems too accessory-heavy for me.

Geller looks good (on my phone at least). He seems to be getting more consistent too. No more of that fair isle stuff.

I am an obvious fan of the collection but the lack of Gypsy pants strutting down the runway is a bit disappointing. Still I will continue to eat it up since it connects with what I like to wear and less of what I aspire to wearing.

PATRIK ERVELL F/W 2011 --- Do I spot jumpsuits ? Latex jumpsuits ?

^ Like the cut of these blazers much more than last season's.

All over my body.

The Charlotte Ronson show just ended. A strong showing in my opinion. Would have sex with a girl wearing many of those looks.

i'm liking Geller overall although there isn't a major piece that really stands out to me, probably because of his usual over layering on the runway. i would have to see the pieces separately to see what i'd actually purchase.

Would kill for Ervell jumpsuit. Hmm.. should we create a seperate thread for Ervell?

What the hell is going on with rag & bone?
Rag&Bone is a mess but my inner dork really likes the futuristic outfits.

Geller: I know it has been discussed, but the styling is so incredibly awful. Every. Single. Collection.

Well, the individual pieces are really nice, but there's a bit of overkill. I really like this one: EDIT: There's a few things I liked in the Richard Chai show, too. Some of it was ehhhhh, though.

Dwyhajlo: Some individual pieces are nice, but the styling never makes want to take a closer look. On the runway it is overwrought and the colors (which I like for the most part) clash in every collection. I mean, the look you posted - the beige scarf not only clashes with everything else, it unnecessarily covers up much of the outfit / is there a reason the studded belt is there (other than to perhaps showcase a trend that seems to be on its way out)? / and the gray leather vest(?) under the black leather covers up what seems to be a nice shirt (I can't really tell though). Anyways... Siki Im: - I actually quite like it. The hats might be ridiculous, but a lot of the cuts seem to be interesting / good. See the rest HERE
