I just focus on what I can do after I finish the bad task and it inspries me to get through it quicker

My way is to put it off till it festers and causes heart palpitations, ulcers and or /anxiety attacks. This keeps an ordinary day infused with paranoia and adrenaline.
That way when you get around to the task, you've got even more to bitch about!
