I did a local news show today in St. Louis. Did some faux cooking of a pear tart. The clip is only like 4 minutes long.

Yes she was. Part of the impetus of me taking French over German and Spanish. There were so many hotties in the French class. I mean like epicly hot and like 25% of the class was male so the ratio was sweet.

nice she totally is flirting! and it looks like you're putting the sex stare on her too so there's reciprocation!

This makes me happier than any picture of grilled meat you're posted thus far. And, seeing as how I'm from Texas, that's saying something.

Thanks. It was a ton of fun, but it was really stressful. I didn't stop stressing until I got home and watched it. I got lots of calls and texts saying I did great, but I didn't relax until I saw it for myself. I can't wait to do it again. I hope I get to do so soon...

Hey, that's great! Congratulations! You have a natural TV personality too, so many people in these shows just fail. As someone with a few pounds of moose and deer in my freezer, and very basic grilling talent, I'll definitely check out the site as well.

I tried to watch this yesterday, but could only get through so much of it because the thing was really loading slowly. From the short time I actually saw you on there, you looked like you were doing a great job. TV is really hard, and as LR stated, you did it very well. Congratulations - looks and sounds like your site is taking off.

Thanks LR.

Moose and Deer? As a matter of fact, I just did a deer recipe for the site. Did a little backstrap that was so incredible that everyone thought it was beef. I'll get that up in a few days.

ya but the german girls will do things the others wont... and they are not intimidated by the 4 to 1 ratios.

Very cool! Congrats on the appearance. I might have to try my hand at that tart soon. Looks great.

Congrats. I thought you came across as informative and easy to follow. Much better than most of the chefs I see on Bay Area TV who often act foolish. You seem very natural.
