I decided a visit to a psychiatric unit was a better idea and it helped me. That and my friends who are irreplaceable. I never thought I was so tough

One, the other, or both of us will be away a couple of times a week ... so life goes on much the same.

Even before retirement we both had very heavy schedules -- professional and volunteer -- so it's always been like this.
