You've got major discrepancies there. 4" in the chest and 2.5" in the shoulder are go to result in shirts that don't fit anything like one another. Not to mention 3" in the length. Leads me to believe that regardless of how "exact" these measurements are, it should be hard to find something that fits the bill. AA used to have exact measurements on their website, not sure that they do anymore.

Where do you want the end of the sleeves to hit? I'm 6' 0" and if I wore t-shirts with 11" sleeves they'd end at my elbow. Not a good look.

I got the 11" number by measuring the sleeves of a few t-shirts that fit me the way I prefer.
BTW, with the image I gave as an example: yes, I know that the arms are longer than the styleforum group tends to agree with, and I am OK with that, because I think anything much shorter than the length I've shown above is "not a good look," especially for me.

Ah, I see. In that picture though, the shoulder seams are falling off the models shoulders so I'm guessing he's wearing a size up. Did you want them to be blank tees? I think Hanes Beefy-T's have fairly long sleeves: http://www.hanes2u.com/optimized/han...y-ringer-t.htm
