It's hard to keep track of their range these days - I recently bought a 90/10 "Mairtin Beag" in a style that I haven't seen online. On the other hand, I haven't seen any of pub jackets that NMWA offers in any Irish stockist.

I'm staying in the suites on the island next April so hope to see more of their stock.

I bought so much knitwear so fast in the last two years, resulting in:

1) It's nice to have something for every situation

2) It's kind of lame that I can't get more nice stuff

That was a special for AW '12 I think.

I've seen it at a few shops, including Galvin for Men and Fran's Boone, over the past few years. It is a recreation of an old knit that was found. At first, they even made the repros with the same holes that the old knit had.

Zegna doing its best impression of Inis. Pretty good I'd say

I'm wearing one of my Inis Meain knit caps for the first time in 15F today, and it's very warm. Good thing I bought three smile.gif

Picked up this olive zip cardigan from the Bureau:

Very happy with it - have a feeling it'll get a ton of wear this winter. If anyone wants to take GDL up on his offer to coordinate an MTO order, I'd be up to order this in the violet/grey colorway, or possibly in an alpaca-silk blend.

You seem like an angry person.

I'll admit to being critical. I do get set off easily by people being stupid, I am sick of how common it is.

But when not subjected to people being idiots, I'm actually pretty jovial.

what an outfit though...

I know the instructions say dry clean but would it be safe to hand wash their jersey wool sweaters(90% merino 10% cashmere)?

It's Frans. A male first name (like Frank). smile.gif I hadn't heard of the brand shog[1].gif until Frans showed it to me in his store. Three years ago I think.

I'm not a huge fan of stupid people either.  That said, people not having tastes or opinions which agree with yours doesn't make them stupid.  Not being able to appreciate the merit of things outside the context of your own, necessarily narrow, worldview, however, does make you a philistine.
