This sauce has piqued my interests -- does it have a strong vinegar taste? I hate it when sauces are more sour and vinegary than flavorful. This is also why I LOVE sliced jalapenos 'pickled' in oil and HATE jalapenos pickled in salt/vinegar brines.

Cholula is meh. I'm a big Dave's Insanity fan. I also love Tabasco -- I know it's not that hot (I go through a big bottle every week or two), but the taste is perfect for eggs, soups and pizza.

I swear Taco Bell's mild sauce is rebranded Cholula. That's not to say it isnt delicious, though.

Dave's Insanity is too hot to have flavor. Its just a giant shot of spicy vinegar. Where do you guys get the Hoy Fung Chili Garlic sauce? I don't ever see it at Walmart, Target, or the local Publixes. And what is Samba Olek or whatever the hell Kwilk is eating? For you Choula lovers Walmart carries the large bottle for <$5. Only place I can ever find it in stock.
