WTB: Navy Blue Sportcoat or Blazer (38)

I am going on a group trip to Australia (long story) and need to be in uniform sort to speak. I need a navy blue blazer or sport coat (what's the difference)? This is not meant to make any fashion statements but I still want to look good in it. This will likely be a throwaway item after the trip.

Chest - 38.19 inches
Height - 5'8"

Would love something from J Crew or like quality. Don't need anything really fancy. Fairly flexible on design.
