SOLD PP FOR NOW: G.O. Navigator Chronograph 44mm

Edit 1/18: Working something out with a highly established SF member. Considering this sold PP for now.

***edit 1/11/11:
I dropped the watch off at Tourneau last night. Since their in store "technicians" (loosely termed for Tourneau sales person regects who wear white gloves) can't operate a screwdriver, it's being shipped out for service. ETA is 1-2 weeks.....I'm referring to the minor Issue described below

This is a true IC as I haven't decided if I want to part with it yet.

Glashutte Senator Navigator Chronograph on Brown strap. 44mm but not "Panerai" big. (quite thinner and magically fits under most of my cuffs) All boxes (inner/outer) and papers (warranty stamped by AD, '08). I am the 2nd owner, have had it since late '09 but have worn it sparingly and it shows. Just serviced and past all tests with flying colors.

Watch condition is conservatively 90-95%. IMHO< the only reason it would be 90 vs 95 is the strap. Its worn, still works great, but not in new condition. Stainless tang buckle is pristine.

Case/watch itself is Excellent/mint. Was just polished as part of the tuneup so no real scratches. No swirling. There was nothing ever deep enough to stay after the polish so that's a great thing. Crystal is pristine, both front and back and it keeps great time.

I will get my act together and get into more details about this piece after i gauge and weed out genuine vs dreaming interest

NOTE:
Either way it won't be ready for 1-2 weeks as I need to have Tourneau take care of something:

Just got it back from Tourneau after my 4 week complete service/tuneup and there is some watchmaker's silicone sealant residue where the sapphire meets the stainless caseback from when they put the watch back together-

SEE caseback pic right under "ST STEEL" Not a biggy, literally they put one dab too much of the sealant and it needs to be wiped off. This will be gone by delivery.

Havne't gotten around to taking 'sale worthy' pics yet with all components, but here are some iPhone shots from today:

From G.O's Site HERE

Sold HERE:

Retail is $8500. I'd like to get $4879 for it. Send me a note or post if you're interested.

Will consider trades for a similar condition IWC Portuguese +/- cash depending on watch. I'd LOVE to get into an IWC 8-Day on white.

Disclaimer: Im sifting thru the "Other" threads and it seems that responding in one's own threads isn't a big NO NO.

These are nice watches. I've worn this one and it's a very nice fit on the wrist too.
