SOLD! to the gentleman from Mississippi! I am the second owner, purchased re-certified from Dew Cadillac in 2007. 57k miles, no smoking, meticulous care - hand washed, nothing but amsoil, excellent condition. Stock + 85% (max legal) tinted windows, trunk spoiler, roof spoiler, stainless steel corsa exhaust tips (makes the v8 sound just a bit raspy). Has all the goodies that come with a CTS-V: LS2 6.0L V8 @400HP, 6-speed manual, gray leather seats with suede inserts, in-dash navigation, on-star and xm (requires subscription), split environment climate controls, 60/40 fold-down rear seats, Xenon HID headlights, Brilliant Platinum paint (think silver with hints of bronze at sunset), stock 18" alloy rims, Bose with 6-cd changer and subwoofer, power everything, heated seats, moonroof, stability/traction/cruise controls, and more. Clean carfax. She's under Cadillac's Certified Pre-Owned Luxury Warranty which covers bumper-to-bumper -everything- (except wear and tear items: brakes, tires, etc.) through 8/17/2012. The warranty is fully transferable and goes with the car by it's VIN (so if you resell it, the warranty goes with it). This isn't an after market warranty, it is Cadillac's own certified luxury warranty which not only covers every single thing on the vehicle - from the engine down to the buttons on the dash - but also includes "Courtesy Transportation" (loaner car), Roadside assistance (including free towing to the nearest Cadillac dealership no matter where you are at) and more. If you have any problem with the vehicle, you drop it at a Cadillac dealership, they give you a loaner, and they'll call you when it's fixed - period. For a high performance vehicle that can be expensive to maintain, this warranty is worth it's weight in gold. I've had 5K worth of wear and tear items replaced on it under warranty which is a big reason why she's practically as good as new right now. Note that if you are comparing this V to another Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned V, check exactly what kind of Certification it has. Because of financial difficulties at GM, all warranties after April 25 2009 are "Premium" not "Luxury" (like mine). Premium warranties are not as good as Luxury warranties since they do not cover body, paint, interior/exterior trim, wheels (rims), tires, leaks/squeaks/rattles/odors, batteries, and more. GM details on what was removed from coverage for Premium is here: http://gmcrc.dmotorworks.com/dms-sta...Q_s%200409.pdf Kelley Blue Book would put this at 23k without warranty, I'm asking 21.9k. Step inside, hit the gas and you'll agree she's worth every penny. I do not have title in hand but we can either escrow the deal or I can pay it off and get the title ahead of time if nec. Serious buyers only, no joyriders. Please PM me to arrange a showing. More pics here: http://s877.photobucket.com/albums/a...view=slideshow
