There always is confusion about EG widths. Their philosophy about widths is that the fit should be relatively snug, snugger than Americans (and perhaps others) are used to. So an EG D is the same in British and American sizes. The truth of that is obvious, because the shoes only show one width, yet both lengths. Nonetheless, it is easy to imagine that a customer as large as RL would have enough clout to have their labelling done differently.

I can't believe there are so many great staple shoes left here.

How does the 82 last compare to the 202?

Less generous fit in the toe box and a slightly higher instep.

I was hoping I could go down a half size from my 202 size, but I guess I could probably only do that the other way around.

anyone with input whether these with the fancy soles are top drawer? I want to pull the trigger on buying!
