A couple email-related things I need to address before we get on with other things;
- from the beginning there's been a habit of doing the follow-up 'did you receive my paypal?' email - If you don't get a response to this, apologies, but I am really busy and I think this is one of those questions that is already answered for you - if you click through to pay and you get to the page that says 'Congratulations! You've just sent payment to Drew Keith' - that means I got your payment. If you don't trust that, you can go to your account page and it'll tell you whether or not you've sent me payment.
- Please don't send me emails that get prefaced by 'This is probably a stupid question' or 'I know you've already said no customizations, but...'
