Still don't have the daypack I ordered, but I don't think it's down to a wrong address, my lamb moto was delivered a few weeks ago to the correct address so not sure why the daypack wouldn't.

Stop sugarcoating things for TOJ.  You're creating a false illusion for someone who hasn't been following this thread since the spreadsheet posts... especially those who are considering buying spots right now.

Tell it how it is. 

They fucked up badly.  There's are no excuses you can make for it. 

Checking in to see how the shitshow's going. Never have I regretted a purchase as much...I suppose the fault was mine for not waiting until I knew more about leather jackets and choosing to go with internet hype for a sub-$1,000 Asian product.
