it seems like TOJ has finally died and does not take orders anymore.

Does anyone know an alternative MTM brand to TOJ in the same price range?

it's not MTM, but have you noticed the SF/Vanson jacket (see the thread about it) that's been put together?
Schott offers mtm and mto vanson does a lot of stuff mto aero also does lots of mto stuff

Bates is a smaller company than schott/aero/vanson but they're very accommodating in terms of fit. They're open to slimmer fits and higher armholes, etc. They made the terminator jackets, an impressive feat for the original film since Arnold was still a bodybuilder at the time.

Why did you stop sending jackets again?
I don't think they stopped, they just batch them, so they don't have to run back and forth to the post office everyday.

Any advice on sizing for the suiting wool ma-1? Chest size is 38, usually wear a medium. I'm 5'11 175. I know they run small, I wasn't sure about 50 or 52.

52 for sure

CEO of my company visited Libertine while on vacation and enjoyed himself.

I was at Libertine last week and had a good time. Rigatoni is recommended.
