Yes - as you might've surmised by some of the comments previously about received orders, we're getting pretty close to the end of that cutoff motherload, and we have about 2-3 weeks worth of orders to ship very soon (waiting for a wire to go through to make that happen, the clothes are ready to be packed soon) - a lot of stuff ordered at the cutoff cleared already, but that last day was an insane marathon of orders and the actual pace in which they came in on that last day/last couple days was much faster than they could be made and go out, obviously. So we're still basically working on the last few days orders of random models.
Related to that, I know some guys are interested in ordering stuff now for fall; I don't know how long we're gonna do this cleanup run thing I'm offering, since I'm busy tying up some other things right now and the clothes are fine to keep going as-is, BUT, as always, there's gonna be a lead time as we work through the lines, and so if one wants a fall piece, September will go by quickly and the deliveries if ordered now might not ship til October, middle of October, maybe a little later than that now. We haven't been free for a couple years now really, and orders just come and ship as fast as they can.
tl;dr (moral of the story) - not to grind it into people or force hands, but if you're fully committed to pulling the trigger, doing so earlier almost always means a shorter wait. Those orders from the last cutoff day have been going on for weeks now because everybody always seems to wait til the last moment and all come in together.
Is there any extra delay specific to goat 4zip MDRs? Charley still seemed reluctant to give me a despatch estimate by email yesterday but from Drew's post it seems you should have a pretty good idea. I was surprised, but pleased, yesterday to be able to change the order from black goat to brown goat. Ordered about 36 hours before cutoff.
