1. Whisky (any of the three, but probably the light or medium) calfskin 2011 Moto - 4 zip front
2. Black lamb CWU-45 (gave my first one to winq)
3. Whisky (dark) calfskin 2010 DR

3, would be outstanding.

I think the point I was getting that all of them would be sick. redface.gif No clear cut winner in this case, each one of those would be really superb. I'd add the MDR or QDR since those are some of my favorites as well, but it's harder for me to wear DRs because of my face shape and neckline. The Moto and the softer collared CWU-45 do me better.

Worth it in this case.

Your marketing skills are obviously calibrated to a much more subtle crowd...

This wouldn't happen to be your first TOJ would it?!

Yes, I'm having trouble measuring myself. Should I use a Band of Outsiders shirt?

Drew, I'd like to offer my girlfriend a leather jacket for her birthday this fall, and I'm wondering if ladies coats are still on the table. I'm not sure what it would be, but I do know that it wouldn't be the girlfriend DR. Do you have any other patterns that lend themselves to women's jackets, or should I readjust my priorities/look elsewhere?

kgmessier bought his wife a Collared Moto. A pair of brothers each bought their wives Motos as well. I think the best girlfriend jacket might be like, a quilted DR, or maybe the BCDR without all the quilt. I am still thinking of making some women's jackets but it's a big can of worms. Can't commit to womens. redface.gif

Awesome, awesome news. Hopefully you'll be getting at least one email in a few weeks then, unless she vetoes it.

Haha, yes, that was stupid. But now I've got proper body measurements, and to be fair it worked out when I ordered the pea last year. Looking forward to pulling it out for the winter again, and adding the first leather piece to my wardrobe.

Not necessarily a jacket, but I've always loved Willy Cheesesteak's DR vest photoshop:

Tried convincing my ex to let me get this for her...to no avail.

Quilted DR or Quilted BCDR on a girl would look awesome(like that celine biker from s/s 10). Helped my friend get measured for her varsity and I think that will turn out to be a pretty kawaii wimmenz jacket also(tried to convince her to get jason bourne colorway with tigerstripe but she wouldn't budge, lol).

Drew, you should do the CWU-45/P with removable shearling collar for yourself cool.gif

Drew, how colour accurate are these photoshops below to the 3 calf whiskey leathers you have in at the moment?

The one on the left would ultimately be more like medium, the one on the right the light, and the dark whiskey would be a shade darker than the medium.

Light is like a dark butterscotch or light rum color.
medium is a dark amber
dark whisky is like, well, actual dark whisky or rum.
